不同介质淬冷过程的有限元分析研究

摘    要:对45#钢在不同介质(水和油)进行淬冷过程进行有限元分析(ANASY).针对淬冷过程中,在不同介质下零件的冷却速度及冷却后应力的分布进行了仿真.得出了温度场图及应力场分布图.通过ANASY仿真,分析验证了水和油的冷却能力,水的冷却能力虽然很强,但冷却特性很不理想;而油的冷却特性虽比较理想,但冷却能力又嫌低.根据仿真分析,在工程实践中可以制定出合适的淬火工艺,并提高工件淬冷后的抗拉强度.

Abstract:In this paper,ANASY is used to analyze the process of 45# steel that is cooled in different medium(oil and water).Simulating the process in both medium and got the cooling rate and the stress after cooling.The results show that water is better cooling than oil but the stress is worse than it.According to the analysis of the simulation,engineering can work out a suitable work and to raise process hardening quenched after the tensile strength
