摘    要:“管理出效益”这已是人所共知的经典之言。当三次采油在国内外蓬勃展开的今天,中原油田针对本地区油藏的特殊性,邀请各方面的专家,会同本油田的技术人员,瞄准三次采油提高采收率和经济效益的大目标共商大计,群策群力。我们为这种科学而聪明的举措叫好。会上,各界人士在管理、技术、经济、认识等诸方面发表的见解对从事这项工作的人不无裨益,谨供读者审视。闵家华.中原油田的三次采油该如何运作.油气采收率技术,1997,4(3):1~6摘要针对中原油田小断块、低渗透、高盐、高温的油藏特点,为了寻找经济、高效的三次采油路子,中原油田举行三次采油技术研讨会。他们把中原油田的油藏分成四类,提出适合各类油藏的不同的三次采油方法,请各路专家发表意见。经油田内外领导和技术人员共同研讨,初步确定:(1)中原油田三次采油的主攻方向是CO2吞吐或CO2驱。(2)在适合的区块,也采用微生物处理、生物聚合物驱及其它技术措施。(3)成立三采领导小组和三采研究所,从组织、技术、经费等各方面保障三次采油工作的健康推进。

Abstract:In view of the reservoirs in Zhongyuan oilfield characterized by small fault blocks, low permeability, high salinity and high temperature, a technology symposium on tertiary oil recovery was held in Zhongyuan oilfield in order to seek out an economical and high effective approach for tertiary oil recovery. The attendants classified the reservoirs in Zhongyuan oilfield into four types, presented some tertiary oil recovery methods suitable for different types of reservoirs. The experts of various specialities expressed their views also. Through a discussion by the leaders and the technicians both inside and outside the oilfield, it was determined preliminarily that(a) the principal aspect to be assailed of the tertiary oil recovery is CO 2 huff and puff or CO 2 flooding in Zhongyuan oilfield; (b) in the proper blocks, microbial stimulation, bio polymer flooding and other technologies should be also applied; (c) to set up a steering group of tertiary oil recovery and a research institute and to ensure, in various aspects including organization, technologies, funds etc., that the tertiary oil recovery operation shall be going on smoothly.
