新老混凝土粘结面冻融劈拉性能试验研究

摘    要:采用新老混凝土粘结立方体试件,通过快速冻融试验探讨新老混凝土粘结面在水饱和状态下,冻融循环次数、粘结面粗糙度和界面剂类型等对粘结面劈拉强度的影响。试验表明,粘结面劈拉强度随冻融循环次数的增加而降低,粘结面的粗糙度和界面剂对粘结面劈拉强度有不同程度影响,新老混凝土粘结面抗冻能力有待提高。

Experiment study on split tensile performance of bonding new to old concrete subject freeze-thaw cycle

Abstract:With cubic bonding specimen of new to old concrete, on quick freeze-thaw test, some factors that play an important role on split tensile strength of bonding new to old concrete were discussed. That is cycles of freeze-thaw, roughness of bonding interface, types of bongding agent. The result demonstrates that split tensile strength of bonding is reducing with cycles freeze-thaw increasing, and interface rougthness have an different degree effect in bongding performance of new to old concrete with agent. The capacity of bonding new to old concrete should be enhanced that resist freeze-thaw damage.
