Firsdy, it presents the developing status of Australian teleeom market in terms of fixed communication and mobile eommunieation, Secondly, it demonstrates the upper limit regulation of telecom tariff, the protection for the potential vulnerable group, and the regulation status of the tariff of new technologies. Lastly, it describes the development and regulation of 3G in Australia. |
