新型单孔多锚头防腐型预应力锚索的工作性态

摘    要:从锚固段扩孔或增长问题、二次注浆、锚固段应力集中、地下水侵蚀问题、复杂地层的适应性和吨位等6个方面总结了传统拉力型锚索存在的问题,并在此基础上研制开发了一种新型单孔多锚头防腐型预应力锚索,详细论述了该锚索的研制思路、结构型式和结构特点,同时,对这种新型锚索进行了现场的试验和测试,并与传统拉力型锚索试验测试的数据进行了对比。试验结果表明,与拉力型预应力锚索相比,自由式单孔多锚头防腐型顶应力锚索从结构型式上改善了锚固段应力集中状况且能有效防腐,对复杂地层适应性强,具有锚固段不扩孔、采用全孔一次注浆工艺并可进行二次张拉等特点。因此,所研制的自由式单孔多锚头防腐型预应力锚索具有广阔的应用前景和良好的社会效益。

Abstract:Disadvantage of traditional tension anchorage cable is presented in relation to hole enlarged or increased in anchorage section , second grout injection , stress concentration in anchorage section , ground water erosion , flexibility of complex formations and tonnage . A anticorrosive pre stressed anchorage cable with multiple anchor heads in one hole is newly developed on above mentioned basis . In this paper , research concept ,structures and its characteristics are discussed in detail , meanwhile , in situ test is conducted , the test data is compared with that of traditional one . The test results show that use of anticorrosive pre stressed anchorage cable with multiple anchor heads in one hole can improve stress concentration condition, effectively anticorrosive and flexible to complex formations . Besides , this kind of cable is featured with one time grouting in full hole and second tensioned . Therefore , the anticorrosive pre stressed anchorage cable with multiple anchor heads in one hole will be widely used in the future , gaining favorable social benefits.
