摘    要:将密胺树脂-硼酸锌作为囊材,对次磷酸铝(AHP)进行双层包覆,形成一种具有核壳结构的双层包覆阻燃剂DE-AHP。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重(DTG)等方法对产物进行表征。将DE-AHP与聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)进行熔融共混,采用锥形量热仪、氧指数仪等设备研究了DE-AHP的加入量对PBT复合材料阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,双层包覆提高了AHP的热稳定性,热分解温度由纯AHP的327℃升高到378℃,且700℃时的残炭量也明显提高。在PBT中添加20%的DE-AHP,复合材料的极限氧指数为27.6%,能够达到UL-94 V-0阻燃等级,且其热释放速率峰值、总热释放量、总烟释放量显著降低。

Abstract:Aluminum hypop Hosp Hite(AHP)was double coatedas the core,melamine resin and zinc borate as capsule material,forming a core-shell structure of double coated flame retardant DE-AHP.DE-AHP was characterized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR,DTG and other methods.The melt blending of DE-AHP and polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)was carried out and the effects of different proportions of DE-AHP and PBT on the flame retardancy of the composite were studied.The flame retardancy of the PBT composite was investigated by means of cone calorimeter and oxygen index meter.The results showed that the thermal stability of AHP was improved by double coating,the thermal decomposition temperature of AHP increased from327℃to 378℃,and the carbon residue at 700℃also increased significantly.When 20%DE-AHP was added to PBT,the limiting oxygen index of the composite could reach 27.6%and UL-94 V-0 flame retardant grade,and the peak heat release rate,total heat release and total smoke release were significantly reduced.
