| 摘 要： | 随着高等院校国际化水平的不断提升,高等院校聘请外籍教师的数量在逐年增加。通过对南通市部分高校外籍教师的教学和管理情况进行调研,在此基础上对外籍教师教学管理现状进行了分析,提出了存在问题及解决问题的对策。

| Abstract: | Along with the increasing internationalization of higher education,the number of foreign teachers is growing as well.Based on an investigation conducted in some universities and colleges in Nantong City,the paper analyzes the current situation of foreign teachers＇ teaching and management,and points out the existing problems as well as the corresponding countermeasures. |
