摘    要:任何控制系统的机械传动装置都有一定弹性。通常,这种弹性形变所产生的机械谐振频率“较高”,远离对系统动态品质敏感的中频段,谐振对系统的影响可以忽略。快速、高精度伺服系统的性能指标,要求高增益、宽频带,致使传动装置的机械谐振对系统产生不利影响:导致系统的动态品质变差,稳态误差增大,因此,谐振的研究是快速、高精度伺服系统研制的一个重要课题。

Abstract:Mechanical transmision devices of any control system have some elastics This Ki- nd of mechanical resonant frequency produced by the elasticity is usually higher and it's far away from the mediumfrequency domain sensitive to dynamic characteristics, so the resonant effecr on the system can be neglected.The performance of the quic- k acting aod high accaracy servo-system needs high gain and a wide frequency band thus the mechanical resonance of transmision devices will hawe harmful effects on the ssystem:the dynamic characteristics become unfavourable and the steady-state error bigger.Therefore,resonant research is an important subject for designing quick ac- ting and high accuracy servo-system.
