摘    要:介绍了一种基于机器视觉技术的非接触式螺钉在线检测系统。该系统利用CCD相机采集图像,经过拉普拉斯锐化算子、中值滤波等图像处理,可获得清晰的螺钉轮廓图像,再利用机器视觉的相关几何运算测量出各个螺钉几何参数,实现螺钉的在线检测。实验表明,该系统检测速度快、精度高,具有很好的推广应用价值。

Abstract:A kind of non-contacted on-line detection system for screws based on machine vision technology was introduced.The screw's image was acquired with CCD camera,and through image processing using the Laplacian kernel and the median filter and so on,the clear edge contour of screw can be obtained,then geometric parameters of screw were measured by using the geometrical algorithm of the machine vision.The test results indicate that the detection system has faster inspection speed and higher calculation accuracy,so that has a good spreading application value.
