| 摘 要： | 为降低PBT装置开停机时不合格品的数量,通过优化PBT装置开机方案,严格验收检修的设备,制定关键设备切换标准,开停机操作培训,修订装置开机操作工艺等有效措施,装置开停机不合格品数量大幅降低。

| Abstract: | In order to decrease the unqualified product number when PBT plant starting up or shut down, by optimi- zation PBT plant starting up program, strict inspection the maintenance equipment,formulating the switching stand- ard of the key equipment, operation training of starting up or shut down, revising the plant starting up operation process, the unqualified product number when plant starting up or shut down was significantly reduced. |
