渣油催化裂化装置反应系统结焦原因分析及对策

摘    要:分析了延安炼油厂3套渣油催化裂化装置结焦的影响因素,发现反应系统结焦的主要原因是:(1)提升管进料雾化效果欠佳;(2)油浆回炼量大;(3)装置开停工频繁,操作波动大;(4)反应系统设计和设备选型存在问题。通过采取提高雾化蒸汽品质,提高催化剂循环量/进料量,强化重油一次性转化,减少油浆回炼量,加强生产管理等措施,可有效预防渣油催化裂化装置反应系统结焦,确保装置长周期运行。

Abstract:The coking situation of three residue catalytic cracking units in Yan'an Refinery was analyzed, the main reasons of coking were : ( 1 ) the riser feeding atomization effect was poor; (2)slurry recycling ratio was high ; (3) startup and shutdown operations of the unit were frequent, and operation fluctuation was large;(4)there were some problems in reaction system design and equipment selection. By improving the atomizing steam quality and the mass ratio of circulation catalyst to oil, enhancing the heavy oil one -time conversion, reducing slurry recycling ratio, and strengthening production management and other measures,the coking could be effectively prevented in the reaction system of residue catalytic cracking unit to ensure the long period operation of the unit.
