金属针布包卷的理论与实践

为了提高金属针布的包卷质量,保证在后续使用中充分发挥其工艺作用,从包卷方法入手,对主机的要求、包卷前的准备、包卷的主要工艺、包卷过程的监控和包卷后的处理进行了详细分析;指出:①金属针布齿条的设计、制造、包卷和使用、维护是一个有机整体,必须相互促进、相互配合;②包卷前要认真检查滚筒直线度、径向跳动、动平衡及斜磨量等符合要求,将包卷平整度控制在规定范围内;③包卷过程应时刻注意机械稳定性、工艺正确性和针布齿条的平整性,并注重包卷后处理。强调金属针布的包卷是实践性很强的技术工作,优良的金属针布齿条必须包卷后状态良好,才能为后续使用发挥梳理作用奠定基础。

The Theory and the Practice of the Binding Process of MCC

In order to increase the binding quality of MCC for its better performance in the sequential process,details analysis is done to the MCC starting with the binding method followed with the main equipment requirement,prepairation before the binding process,the main binding processes,monitoring of the binding processes and the finish of the binding process.It is pointed out that ① design,manufacturing and binding plus application and maintenance of MCC is an integrated system,depending upon each other;② before binding,the straightness,radial flop,dyna-balance and the inclined grinding of MCC must be in conformity with the requirement;③ in the process of binding,it is necessary to take into consideration the mechanical stability,process validity,and the wire flatness and neatness in addition to the after-finish of the MCC after binding.It is pointed out that the binding process is important in production.Only good MCC with ideal binding work can lay good foundation for the following process.
