提高系统稳定性联锁优化方法的研究

摘    要:本文详细介绍了2010年乌石化化肥厂一化装置扩能后,根据工艺生产需求,仪表要在Tricon系统内实现变动后各装置间联锁对应关系,频繁删除、添加、更换联锁条件。并详细分析了该方法的风险和不足:为解决该问题,本文提出了一种联锁优化的方法,通过对联锁条件增加旁路开关,强制旁路开关的状态就能实现多种联锁对应关系。这种优化方法可以减少下装次数,提高系统稳定性,便于系统维护。

Abstract:After capacity Expansion of the first fertilizer plant of Urumqi Petrochemical Company fertilizer plant,the interlocking relationships caused by new sections are more than before. Sometimes according to production process needs process operators need to change the process operating procedures. At the same time the interlocking relationships between the corresponding devices should be modify in Tricon system by instrumentation Engineer. Meanwhile online download needs every time. Therefore, system failure alarm triggered in this way, high risk exist also.
