| Abstract: | According to the Six Principles of China's Real Estate Policy concerning 90/70 small-and middle-area residence,this article ana- lyzes the background and origin of the policy,the definition of concept,and especially innovate design,aiming to guide the real estate circle to the qual- ity of small-and middle-area residence and better satisfy the society's needs. |
