| 摘 要： | 提出考虑资源约束的产品开发过程仿真模型。该模型考虑产品开发过程中的返工迭代以及资源约束，根据任务信息控制能力确定任务资源分配的优先级，相对于Cooper提出的资源分配方式具有更高的效率。仿真模型可以估算产品开发过程的具体信息，包括项目的总开发时间，完成各任务所花费的时间以及资源约束对项目完工时间的影响等。该模型可用于辅助项目管理人员预测和控制项目开发过程。
