| 摘 要： | 本文在实验的基础上，研究了锌基合金冲裁模的刃口间隙、刃口形状及冲裁件质量的变化规律．从理论上分析了影响冲裁件质量的因素，并据此提出了改善冲裁件质量和延长模具寿命的措施．
