| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了当前嵌入式应用中较为流行和成熟的ARM芯片和uCLinux嵌入式操作系统技术，将其用于电力系统的远程自动化抄表终端当中，利用uCLinux的源码开放性和可移植性，引入面向对象的软件工程思想，设计出兼容性较强，更容易升级的数据采集转发系统。并且在实际的应用当中得到的验证，取得了良好效果。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a currently prevalent and mature technique of uCLinux embedded system on the arm platform and combines it with the object oriented programming thinking, schemes out a more compatible and easier upgraded remote data collecting and transmitting terminal unit which achieves an excellent performance in practical electric power system applications. |
