摘    要:建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定茶叶中7种烟碱类杀虫剂残留的方法。样品经超声提取后,用QuEChERS方法净化,于UPLC BEH C18反相色谱柱上分离,多反应监测模式下外标法定量分析。7种烟碱类杀虫剂线性方程的相关系数r均大于0.997 6,该方法的检出限为0.2μg/kg~2.6μg/kg,加标回收率为92.0%~109.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.5%~7.7%。本方法应用于实际样品测定,结果满意。

Abstract:Simultaneous determination of seven nicotinic insecticides in tea was established by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The sample of tea was extracted under ultrasonication and cleaned up by QuEChERS method.The analytes were separated on UPLC BEH C18 column and quantified by external standard method under multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode with positive electrospray ionization.Seven nicotinic insecticides showed good linearities with correlation coefficients all more than 0.997 6.The limits of detection were 0.2 μg/kg-2.6 μg/kg,the average recoveries were 92.0 %-109.8 % and the relative standard deviations were 0.5 %-7.7 %.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of actual tea samples.
