摘    要:
采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,运用正交试验法,以乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,优选橘叶总黄酮的提取工艺。结果表明:橘叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为以50%浓度的乙醇超声提取2次,每次60 min。该提取工艺简便、稳定,适用于橘叶总黄酮的提取。

Abstract:
To optimize the extraction technology of the total flavonoids from Folium Citrus Reticulatae.The extraction technology of total flavonoids was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the content of total flavonoids as index and with ethanol concentration,extracting time and extracting frequency as factors.The optimal extraction technology was as follow:the concentration of ethanol was 50 %;the extracting time was 60 min and extracting frequency was 2 times.The extraction technology was steady for the extraction of total flavonoids from Folium Citrus Reticulatae.
