响应面法优化黑豆皮花色苷提取工艺的研究

摘    要:采用响应面法优化黑豆皮中花色苷的提取工艺条件.在单因素试验的基础上,利用响应面分析法中的BoxBehnken进行五因素三水平的试验设计,结果表明:超声波乙酸提取黑豆皮中花色苷的最佳工艺参数为超声波功率90 W,乙酸浓度30%,液料比10:1,提取温度30℃,提取时间为30 min,得率预测值为0.659%;在该条件下,黑豆皮中花色苷提取率验证值为0.575%,与预测值的相对误差为0.084%.

Abstract:The extraction of anthocyanin in black soybean hull was studied by response surface methodology.According to results of single factor experiments,a 5 factors and 3 levels experiment was designed by Box-Behnken software.The results showed that the optimum parameters for extraction anthocyanin in black soybean hull were: ultrasonic power 90 W,acetic acid concentration of 30 %,ratio of liquid to material 10∶1,and extraction temperature 30 ℃ for 30 min by using ultrasonic extraction with expectation of extraction rate of 0.659 %.Under this condition,the extraction rate was approximately 0.575 %,with relative error 0.084 %.
