| 摘 要： | 采用超声波萃取-气质联用法测定月饼托盒中5中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)含量。PAEs添加回收率在85.6%~103.8%之间,标准偏差在1.8%~6.4%之间。结果表明:GC-MS法可以对月饼托盒中的邻苯二甲酸酯进行定性定量分析。样品月饼托盒均被检出含有PAEs增塑剂成分,表明存在污染食品的可能性。

| Abstract: | This article is to investigate phthalate esters in a container of mooncakes by means of ultrasonic solvent extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The recoveries of PAEs were from 85.6 % to 103.8 %,and RSD was from 1.8 % to 6.4 %.The results of the experiment show that PAEs were detected in the container samples,and it is possible for the food inside to be contaminated. |
