利用玉米芯渣产纤维素酶条件的优化

摘    要:以玉米芯渣为培养基料,通过单因素及正交试验,对绿色木霉T9806菌株固态发酵产纤维素酶的培养条件进行摸索。结果表明,最佳培养基组成为,麸皮15.27%,玉米芯渣22.91%,(NH4)2SO40.4%,MgSO40.12%,CaCl20.12%,ZnSO40.08%,加水量61.1%。利用最佳培养基配方,在250 mL三角瓶中于35℃下恒温培养96 h,纤维素酶酶活可达到1.36×10-4kat/g(以干曲汁)。

Abstract:Utilizing Corn cob residue as substrate the cellulose enzyme solid-state fermentation conditions for Trichoderma viride T9806 was studied through single factor experiments and orthogonal test.The results showed that optimal culture conditions were as follows: medium prepared from 22.91 % slag several,15.27 % wheat bran,0.4 %(NH4)2SO4,0.12 %MgSO4,0.12 %CaCl2,0.08 %ZnSO4 and 61.1 % water,at 35 ℃for 96 h.Under these optimal fermentation conditions,cellulose enzyme activity reached 1.36×10-4 kat/g dry medium.
