乙酸苄酯的微波辅助合成

摘    要:以传统工艺合成乙酸苄酯为对照,通过正交试验对影响微波辅助合成乙酸苄酯的3个因素微波功率、反应时间、反应物投料比(mol/mol,苯甲醇与乙酸酐物质的量比,下同)]分别设计3个不同水平进行研究,并对微波辅助合成的乙酸苄酯进行提纯及红外光谱分析,以确定微波辅助合成乙酸苄酯的最佳工艺条件。与传统工艺合成乙酸苄酯相比,微波辅助合成(微波功率600 W,反应时间40 min,投料比1.0∶1.1)可使酯化率提高近40%,反应时间缩短80%以上,而产物纯度良好。

Abstract:Three factors(microwave power,reaction time,reactant feed ratio),within three different levels in each factor,which might affect the esterification rate of microwave-assisted benzyl acetate synthesizing were studied in this orthogonal experiment.Then the benzyl acetate synthesized by microwave-assisted technology were purified and analyzed by IR to determine the optimal conditions of microwave-assisted synthesis of benzyl acetate.As a control of traditional technology of benzyl acetate synthesizing,microwave-assisted technology(microwave power=600 W,reaction time=40 min,reactant feed ratio=1.0∶1.1) could improve the esterification rate by 40 percent and save more than 80 percent of reaction time,without any influence on the purity of the product.
