食品行业中小企业经营管理的特点与分析

摘    要:简述了食品中小企业经营管理的特点,食品行业中小企业既有能够”以专补缺”、机制灵活等特点,也存在科研、销售、人才培养方面的不足.针对这些特点以及不足,对食品行业中小企业的发展方向做了战略分析,提出了协作化经营、突出特色经营、推行技术创新等发展思路.

Abstract:Briefly the small and medium-sized enterprise in food industry management characteristics,the food industry as small and medium-sized enterprises to fill a vacancy with specialty,mechanism flexible etc.,there are also scientific research,sales,training insufficiency.In view of these characteristics and shortages of food industry the development direction of the small and medium-sized enterprises do the strategic analysis,and put forward the cooperation-operation,outstanding characteristic management,implementation of the technical innovation,development ideas.
