万寿菊花中α-三连噻吩的提取及保鲜作用

摘    要:以万寿菊花为原料,用氯仿提取其中光活化杀虫物质α-三连噻吩,并利用气相色谱测定所提取液中α-三连噻吩的含量。通过正交试验研究料液比、时间、温度等因素对α-三连噻吩得率的影响。实验表明,最佳提取工艺参数为料液比为1∶20(g/mL)、提取时间为5 h、温度85℃,提取率达到1.504 2%。将万寿菊提取物与壳聚糖制成复合保鲜剂,用于圣女果的保鲜实验,并与常温贮藏、低温贮藏、壳聚糖单一保鲜剂贮藏进行比较。实验表明,含有α-三连噻吩的保鲜剂保鲜效果好于传统的单一壳聚糖成分的保鲜剂。

Abstract:The marigold flower was used to extract photoactivited pesticide α-terthienyl with chloroform,and the α-terthienyl extracted was measured with gas chromatography.Through orthogonal experiments the influence on the yield of α-terthienyl by factors such as the ratio of material to solvent,extracting time and temperature was studied.The experiment showed that the optimal condition is that the ratio of material to solvent was 1∶20(g/mL),the extracting time is 5 h and the extracting tempreture was 85 ℃,and the the yield of α-terthienyl reached 1.504 2 %.The extract from marigold was prepared to compound antistaling agent with chitosan and was applied into fresh-keeping of cherry tomato,its fresh-keeping effect was compared with storage at room temperature,low temperature and storage with single antistaling agent.The experiment showed that fresh-keeping effect of the alpha-terthienyl extract was better than classical single chitsan composition preservative.
