饮料中锑的分析和测定

摘    要:研究氢化物发生原子荧光法测定饮料中的痕量锑。分析仪器参数以及氢化物发生条件对锑的荧光强度的影响,找出测定的最佳条件。实验结果显示,锑的检出限为0.030 4μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.32%。比较经过高温后,瓶装饮料中锑含量的变化。

Abstract:A method for determination of antimony(Sb) in drink by atomic fluorescence spectrometry using hydride generation.The influences of HG-AFS operating parameters and hydride generation conditions on the fluorescence intensity of antimony were investigated to choose the optimum condition.The experiment results showed that the detection limits of Se was 0.030 4 μg/L the relative standard deviation at 0.32 %.The papers also investigated the change of antimony levelby high-temperature.
