| Abstract: | Hipopophae rhamnoides resources are abundant in our country,however its exploitation and comprehensive utilization ratio is very low.The nutritional components,ecological functions and applications in the food processing and production of hipopophae rhamnoides were discussed in this paper.Some proposals were suggested practically in order to promote the development of hipopophae rhamnoides industry,which provided reference for its further development. |
