摘    要:系统分析航天环境对人体生理和营养代谢的影响,重点介绍国内外航天食品的发展现状;提出我国航天食品的发展思路和对策,包括制定我国航天食品的开发原则,做好食品形式和包装设计,采用先进的食品加工技术,开发航天功能食品等。对我国航天食品的研究与开发具有参考价值。

Abstract:The effects of aerospace environment on astronaut biologiy and metbolism are introduced,as well as foreign and domestic spaceship food.The development route and countermeasure were studied,including drawing up the development principle,designing spaceship food package,applying advanced processing technologies and developing functional spaceship food.
