出口水产品中孔雀石绿残留状况及其风险评价

摘    要:探讨出口水产品中孔雀石绿残留检出率、检出构成比,评价水产品的出口风险,并提出控制风险的措施。对近3年来汕头口岸出口水产品中孔雀石绿检测结果进行统计分析。鲈鱼、甘鱼、包公鱼、冻生鱼片的检出率高,鲈鱼、冻生鱼片、鳗鱼检出构成比高,主要进口国扣留批数与同期国内检出率有一定的相关性。鲈鱼、包公鱼的药残情况严重,需要加强监管以及生产管理;甘鱼、冻生鱼片、鳗鱼药物残留情况逐年改善,出口风险下降,适当降低监管级别,节约社会成本。

Abstract:To study the detection rate,the detection constituent ratio of malachite green drug residue in export aquatic products.Statistical analysis of detection results of malachite green drug residue in export aquatic products of Shantou custom last three years were used.The detection rate was high of weever,gan-fish,baogong-fish,freezed sashimi slice.The detection constituent ratio was high of weever,freezed sashimi slice,eel.The number of detained batch by main import coutries correlated with the the detection rate in domestic at the same time.Weever and baogong-fish,in which fish medicine residual was serious,we need to strengthen the supervision of production and management;gan-fish,frozen sashimi and eel export risk decreased,in which drug residue had improved.we should reduce regulatory level,saving social cost.
