摘    要:主要研究北美海蓬子总黄酮抗氧化作用。以70%乙醇为溶剂提取海蓬子黄酮类化合物,经大孔吸附树脂吸附纯化后对其黄酮含量进行测定,考察海蓬子黄酮提取液清除DPPH自由基以及羟自由基的能力。结果表明,海蓬子总黄酮提取物经纯化后纯度较高,总黄酮含量达到85%;海蓬子总黄酮具有较强的清除DPPH自由基和羟基自由基的作用,其IC50相应为8.6、153.1μg/mL。

Abstract:The antioxidation property of total flavonoids from Salicornia bigelovii Torr was studied.The flavonoid components were extracted by 70 % ethanol,purified by macroporous resin and then determined by chemical methods.Scavenging effects of flavonoids against DPPH free radicals and OH free radicals were also investigated.The results showed that the total flavonoid extracts of S.bigelovii Torr reached 85 % with high purity after purification;the flavonoids have strong effects of scavenging DPPH free radicals and OH free radicals,of which IC50 was 8.6 μg/mL,153.1 μg/mL respectively.
