甘草多糖提取纯化工艺研究

摘    要:对甘草多糖提取纯化工艺进行了研究,通过单因素试验测定甘草多糖提取的影响,并进行正交试验优化,确定最佳提取纯化工艺条件。结果表明,甘草多糖最佳提取工艺为提取温度90℃、料液比1∶30 g/g、提取时间0.5 h、提取次数2次;最佳醇沉条件为乙醇浓度80%、絮凝时间12 h、室温下醇沉。

Abstract:This paper study on extracting and depurating technology of Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide,using single factor experiment to determine the influence of extracting Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide,and doing the orthogonal experiments optimization to define the best extraction and purification conditions.The results show the best extraction conditions of Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide is extraction temperature 90 ℃,liquid ratio1:30 g/g,extraction time 0.5 h,extraction views 2;the best alcohol precipitation conditions is Ethanol concentration 80 %,flocculation time 12 h,room temperature alcohol precipitation.
