玫瑰色素的化学成分研究

摘    要:玫瑰色素中含有多种化学成分,利用纸层析法对玫瑰色素进行分离,薄层层析法及光谱法对色素成分进行初步鉴定,以期为玫瑰色素的开发利用提供借鉴。结果表明,玫瑰色素中既有黄酮类物质又有花色苷,其主要成分有黄酮醇和矢车菊花色苷元-3-葡萄糖苷。

Abstract:Rose pigment contains various chemical constituents.The experiment main separates rose pigment by Paper chromatography.The contents in rose is studied by thin layer chromatography and Spectral method.The experimental results show that there are flavones and anthocyanins in rose.The major fraction is flavonols and cyanisin-3-glucoside.
