橡实壳中多酚类物质提取工艺

摘    要:探讨橡实壳中植物多酚的提取工艺,以普鲁士蓝法测定多酚含量,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验,由极差分析得知,在本试验所考察的影响因素中,提取温度的影响最大,其次是时间,溶剂体积分数次之,料液比对提取率的影响最小。结果表明,橡实壳中植物多酚提取的最佳试验条件为,提取溶剂为60%的丙酮水溶液,料液比为1∶30,提取时间为80 min,提取温度为50℃。

Abstract:On the basis of single factor test,the extraction process of polyphenols from Acorn shuck was studied by orthogonal test through the polyphenols content determined by Prussian Blue specIrophotometry.From the variance analysis,the order influenced extraction of polyphenols was extraction temperature >extraction time>volume fraction of solvent >ratio of solid to liquid.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were 60 % acetone aquatic solution as extractant,1∶30 of the ratio of solid to liquid,80 min of extraction time,50 ℃ of extraction temperature.
