摘    要:介绍我国食品冷冻及冷藏行业的现状;应用迈克尔.波特的五种竞争力模型对冷冻及冷藏行业的竞争态势进行分析;对天津国有冷冻及冷藏企业如何把握竞争、选择正确的发展策略提出建议,为食品冷冻及冷藏业科技工作者提供参考。

Abstract:Introduced the current situation of China’s food refrigeration,cold storage industry.The application of Michael Porter’s five competitive forces model to analyze the competitive situation of the frozen,refrigerated industry.Provide suggestion for how to grasp the competition on state-owned Tianjin frozen,refrigerated,and select the correct development strategy.Provide a reference for food refrigeration,cold storage industry,science and technology workers.
