摘    要:研究紫玉米穗轴花青素提取过程中提取剂浓度、温度、时间、料液比对提取产物的影响。在单因素试验的条件下,采用正交试验方法对提取过程的工艺条件进行优化,确定紫玉米穗轴花青素提取的最佳工艺参数:用20%HCl-乙醇1∶1混合液,料液比按照1∶10(g/mL)的比例,在70℃恒温水浴下提取8 h。

Abstract:Effects of extracting solvent concentration,temperature,time and solid-liquid ratio on extraction yield of purple corn anthocyanin were investigated.On the condition of single factor experiment,the extraction technique parameters were optimized with orthogonal experiment design and optimal extracting technique parameters of purple corn anthocyanin were determined as follows: 20 %HCl-ethanol as extracting solvent,temperature 70 ℃,time 8 h,and meanwhile the solid-liquid ratio 1∶10(g/mL).
