Al—10Ce中间合金对ZL102共晶Al—Si合金的变质研究

摘    要:分析研究了Al—10Ce中间合金对ZL102共晶铝硅合金的变质处理效果。结果表明,Al—10Ce中间合金用量、熔体中的杂质以及冷却速度对变质效果的影响很大,Al-10Ce中间合金用量为0.9%左右时达到最佳变质效果,提高Al—Si的纯度可以获得变质组织,冷却速度超过70℃/min时才具有明显的变质效果。

Abstract:The modified effect of Al-10Ce master alloy on eutectic Al-Si alloys was investigated. The results indicated that the dosage of the Al-10Ce master alloy, impurities in the melt and cooling velocity were key impact factors on modified effect. The modified effect would be optimal if the dosage of Al-10Ce master alloy wa solu- tion s about 0.9%. The eutectic Al-Si alloys modified effect was improved by increasing their purity .And the excellent modified effects can not be achieved until the cooling velocity over 70℃/min.
