急煞人的食品添加剂标准

Working Out Standard of Food Additive

Nowadays, we are used to attributing to the problems of food safety to food additives, which is really a mistake. To change the situation, we should work out the new standard to meet the needs of society. Generally, additive standard consists of two main parts, sanitary standard and products standard. China has fallen behind developed countries in this respect, which is unfavorable on the international trade, especially after joining into WTO. However, it is not easy revising standard in China. On one side, enterprises are not active in making new standard. Another, two departments both have the power to do this.
