摘    要:通过对不同阀控铅酸电池正极铅膏的研究,发现降低活性物质利用率和提高充电效率是提高电池循环寿命的有效途径,不同H2SO4、H2O、PbO比例的正极铅膏配方对循环寿命无明显影响.通过XRD、SEM分析,发现添加荆A和B的加入未改变电池正极活性物质的结构和形貌.加入添加荆A,电池充电效率提高,加入添加剂B,电池极板孔率降低.

Abstract:The different?VRLA battery positive paste formula were studied. The results showed to reduce the utility of the active material and to improve charging efficiency were the effective method to improve battery's cycle life.The different ratio of H_2SO_4,H_2O and PbO of the positive paste did not influence the cycle life of battery.It was found that the structure and grain of the battery positive active material had not been changed with adding additive A and B by using XRD and SEM analysis.Charging efficiency of the battery was improved by adding additive A, and the porosity of positive plate of the battery decreased by adding additive B.
