摘    要:针对大唐长山热电厂2台670 t/h锅炉在进行50%负荷调峰时锅炉燃烧不稳的问题,采取了煤粉燃烧器改造、合理的运行操作和加强对锅炉调峰的维护管理等措施,增强了锅炉燃烧的稳定性,满足了电网电负荷调峰的需要,同时每年还节省了大量的锅炉助燃用油,降低了发电成本。

Abstract:In view of unstable combustion of boiler during half-peak-load regulating in two 670 t/h boilers of Datang Changshan Thermal Power Plant, the measures are taken of reformation on pulverized coal combustor, reasonable operation, and strengthening maintenance management on boiler debuging etc. The stability of the boiler combustion is heightenned, the problem of unstable combustion of boiler during half-peak-load regulating is resolved, the need on load regulating of the grid is meeted. At the mean time, the combustion-supporting oil is saved each year, and the generation cost is cut down.
