烟气轮机沉积、冲蚀、腐蚀特性研究

摘    要:介绍了烟气轮机设计应遵循的一般准则及沉积、冲蚀、腐蚀特性。分析了催化剂沉积的原因、减少沉积的措施及清除沉积物的方法;冲蚀的类型;腐蚀原因及冲蚀和腐蚀的交互作用。

Abstract:This article discusses the general rules in designing flue gas turbines and the turbine's properties in respect of deposition,erosion and corrosion.It analyzes the causes of catalyst deposition and methods of re-ducing and removing the deposits.It also describes the types of erosions and analyzes the causes of corrosion as well as the interaction between erosion and corrosion.The results of these analyses are instructive to the design,operation and maintenance of flue gas turbines.
