摘    要:使用3向振动工装振动台1次振动即可完成产品3个方向的振动考核,节省了振动的时间、人力、物力和财力。对工装进行了模态分析和试验分析,分析结果说明3向振动工装可以满足产品中低精度的振动要求。

Abstract:The paper expounds how a three-direction vibration tooling is designed,which can complete three-direction vibration check just in one time vibration,saving time,manpower,material and financial resources.The paper also carries out the modal and test analysis of the tooling.The analysis results show that the three-direction vibration tooling can meet low accurate vibration requirement of products.
