摘    要:基于热工过程时滞、时变、不确定的特点和实时控制的要求,提出厂义预测自适应隐式算法,在对热力站供热过程进行分析之后,介绍了基本GPC算法,给出了基本GPC算法的IMC结构,由于基本GPC显式算法在线计算量大,实时性差,文中对GPC隐式算法进行了分析,推导出隐式自适应算法的控制律和参数辨识方程.最后,将GPC隐式自适应算法应用于集中供热热力站供热过程控制,通过仿真证明了所提出的GPC隐式自适应算法的有效和可行性.

Abstract:This paper proposes generalized predictive implicit adapting algorithm based on the feature of time delay, time variation, uncertainty for heat engineering process and the requirement of real-time control. First, after analyzing heat supply process of consumer substation, it introduces fundamental generalized predictive control(GPC). IMC structure of fundamental GPC algorithm is given. Because fundamental GPC is a distinct algorithm, the on-line computational quantity is big and the real-time property is poor. Then, GPC implicit algorithm is analyzed. Control law of implicit adaptive algorithm and parameter identification equation are derived. Finally, GPC implicit adaptive algorithm is applied for heating process control of consumer substation of district heating. Simulation results prove the proposed scheme is effective and feasible.
