| Abstract: | This paper analyses the advantage and weakness of three Agent-construction mode which is prevalent now in china, and discuss the main question and predicament in the process of practising Agent-construction mode. It is concluded that Double-deck Agent-construction mode should be established on the permanent Agent-construction management organization, and the coordinated policy should be deliberated. |
