电液双控负载敏感比例多路阀流量控制研究

摘    要:针对某连续运输设备行走速度不够,设备行走回路实际流量比设计流量低的问题,采用理论分析、AMESim仿真和实验验证三种方法对其进行了研究。首先结合液压元件原理和现场测试结果,从理论上分析了出现故障的原因,得出解决流量不足故障的理论依据;然后利用AMESim仿真软件对电液双控负载敏感比例多路阀控系统进行建模仿真,验证理论解决方案的正确性;最后通过实验对分析结果进行验证。结果显示,在电液双控负载敏感比例多路阀系统中,较长的先导管路沿程压力损失是造成该系统流量故障的主要原因。数字仿真和试验结果皆表明,增大长管道管径减小压损,或增加先导油源使长管道入口压力增大来补偿先导长管路造成的压力损失,将有效改善行走系统流量不足的问题。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem that walking speed of a continuous transport equipment is not enough and actual flow rate of equipment walking circuit is lower than designed flow, method of theoretical analysis,AMESim simulation and experimental verification are used to study it.Firstly, combined with principle of hydraulic components and the results of field tests, the cause of failure is analyzed theoretically, and the theoretical basis for solving the problem of insufficient flow is obtained.Then, the simulation software AMESim is used to simulate an electro-hydraulic double-controlled load sensitive ratio multi-channel valve control system to verify correctness of the theoretical solution.Finally, the results are verified by experiments.It is found that long pressure loss along a pilot pipeline is the main reason for flow failure of the system in electro-hydraulic double-controlled load sensitive ratio multi-way valve system.Digital simulation and experimental results show that increasing diameter of long pipeline to reduce the pressure loss, or increasing inlet pressure of long pipeline to compensate for the pressure loss caused by the long pipeline, will effectively improve the problem of insufficient flow of the walking system.
