摘    要:高熵合金凭借特有的合金设计理念和优异的性能,展现了在工业生产中巨大的应用潜力,已成为研究学者关注的焦点.本文概括了高熵合金的设计准则和性能特性,分析了高熵合金相形成及其规律,阐述了合金元素对激光熔覆高熵合金耐磨性能研究进展,同时,探讨了热处理对激光熔覆高熵合金耐磨性能研究进展.展望了激光熔覆高熵合金涂层未来的研究发展方向.

Abstract:With the unique alloy design concept and outstanding performance,high-entropy alloys have drawn a widely public attention of research scholars,and develope great application potential in industrial production.The design criteria and properties of high entropy alloys are summarized in this paper,then the phase formation and its law are analyzed.The effect of alloy elements on the wear resistance of laser cladding high entropy alloy coatings is illustrated,and the effect of heat treatment on the wear resistance of laser cladding high entropy alloy coatings is investigated.Moreover,the research direction of laser cladding high entropy coatings in future is discussed.
