摘    要:为查明气液增压式打刀缸活塞易断裂的原因,通过研究打刀缸工作原理,分析断裂截面性状,推断出引起断裂的一般性受力状况,并就此类故障举出实例,以力学计算和有限元的分析方法,查明故障原因;最后,总结出打刀缸的设计缺陷。

Abstract:In order to find out the reason why thea piston of the gas-liquid supercharged cutter cylinder is easy to break, bBy studying the working principle of the cutter cylinder and the fracture cross-section character, we deduce the general stress condition which causesing the piston break is deduced. And then, An examples of such failures are given, which is about the break analysis by means of mechanical calculation and finite element. At the endFinally, the design defects of the knife cylinder are summarized.
