Ti3C2 MXene填充环氧树脂复合材料摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:该工作通过氢氟酸溶液刻蚀MAX相粉末(Ti3AlC2)制备得到了具有“手风琴”形貌、粒径在2~6μm、质量良好的Ti3C2MXene.采用溶液共混法,将Ti3C2MXene用作填料,制备了环氧树脂复合材料,研究了其摩擦磨损性能,探讨了其性能改善机理.结果表明:Ti3C2MXene的引入,增强了复合材料的硬度,改善了其摩擦磨损性能.随着填料含量的增加,摩擦系数和磨损率都呈现出先下降后增加的趋势.填料含量为0.25%的环氧复合材料的磨损率为最低(5.13×10^-5mm^3/mN),比纯环氧树脂降低了80%.当含量为0.5%时,Ti3C2/环氧复合材料的摩擦系数为最低(0.21),比纯环氧树脂降低了70%.Ti3C2/环氧复合材料由于Ti3C2MXene的引入,其硬度得到提高.随着填料含量的增加,硬度逐渐升高.当填料含量为1.0%时,复合材料硬度达最大值,比纯环氧树脂提高了29.4%.

Abstract:Ti3C2MXene was prepared by etching MAX phase powder(Ti3AlC2)with hydrofluoric acid solution,which isof good quality with an"accordion"morphology and a particle size of 2~6μm.The epoxy resin composites filled with Ti3C2MXene were prepared by a solution blending method.The friction and wear properties of the composites were studied and themechanism of performance improvement was explored in this work.The results show that the introduction of Ti3C2MXeneenhances the hardness of the composite and improves its friction and wear properties.As the content of fillers increases,boththe friction coefficient and the wear rate decrease firstly and then increases.The epoxy composite with 0.25%Ti3C2MXenepossesses the lowest wear rate(5.13×10-5mm3/mN),which is decreased by 80%compared with that of neat epoxy.When thecontent of Ti3C2MXene is 0.5%,the friction coefficient of epoxy composite is 0.21 and decreased by 70%than that of neatepoxy resin.The hardness of epoxy composites is improved due to the introduction of Ti3C2MXene.As the filler contentincreases,the hardness gradually increases.When the content of Ti3C2MXene is 1.0%,the hardness of the composite reachesa maximum,which is enhanced by 29.4%than that of neat epoxy resin.
