七宝山复杂难选铅锌硫多金属矿选矿生产实践

摘    要:针对七宝山铅锌矿石因露采易氧化、属鸡窝矿性质不稳定、原矿品位逐年下降、以及氧化铜析出等诸多因素导致铅锌回收率偏低的问题,在实验室试验研究基础上,工业生产中通过采取二段磨矿改造提高原矿磨矿细度、增加铅浮选硫化钠用量、调整铅浮选捕收剂混合用药、加强原矿配矿等措施,2017年和2018年的铅、锌回收率比2016年分别提高了0.86%、1.48%和2.97%、1.84%。

The mineral processing practice of refractory Qibaoshanlead-zinc-sulfur polymetallic ore

Abstract:The Qibaoshan lead and zinc ore, which is easy to oxidate and characteristics are different for quarrying, has the problem of low lead and zinc flotation recovery for extraction of copper oxide and grade decrease in the recent years. On the basis of laboratory test research, some methods, which include improving the grinding fineness, increasing the amount of sodium sulfide in lead flotation, adjusting the reagent, and strengthening the distribution of raw ore, etc, are adopted. The lead and zinc recovery of 2017 and 2018 increased by 0.86%, 1.48% and 2.97%, 1.84% respectively compared with 2016.
