摘 要: | 为有效回收某氧化铜浮选尾矿中的铜钴矿物,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,开展高梯度磁选试验,考察磁场强度等工艺参数对选别指标的影响,并开展浮-磁联合选矿试验,相比于单一浮选工艺,铜综合回收率达到了86.24%,提高了8.01%,钴综合回收率达到了86%,提高了23.70%。结合体视镜观察,对含铜6.56%,含钴0.36%的磁选精矿进行考察,明显可见磁选精矿中富集有假孔雀石、硅孔雀石、孔雀石以及含铜钴的硬锰矿,充分说明了浮选尾矿磁选作业对铜钴综合回收的效果。

Abstract: | In order to effectively recover the copper-cobalt minerals in a certain copper oxide flotation tailings, based on the research of process mineralogy, a high-gradient magnetic separation test was carried out to investigate the influence of process parameters such as magnetic field strength on the selection index. The floating-magnetic combined beneficiation test was carried out, compared with the single flotation process, the comprehensive recovery of copper reached 86.24%, increased by 8.01%, and the comprehensive recovery of cobalt reached 86%, an increase of 23.70%. Combined with a stereoscopic microscope observation, the magnetic separation concentrate containing 6.56% copper and 0.36% cobalt was investigated. It was obvious that the magnetic separation concentrate was enriched with pseudo malachite, silicon malachite, malachite and copper-cobalt-containing hard manganese ore, which fully demonstrated the effect of magnetic separation of flotation tailings on the comprehensive recovery of copper and cobalt. |
