煤矿液压绞车电液比例闭环驱动系统设计与仿真分析

摘    要:液压绞车广泛应用于煤矿运输与提升,传统的液压绞车采用手动开环控制,存在自动化水平不高、调速精度低、平稳性差等问题。采用电液比例控制技术改造液压绞车的主变量泵,设计了电液比例闭环驱动系统,建立了变量泵控液压马达的数学建模,并进行了模型简化和仿真分析。仿真结果表明,简化前后系统的阶跃响应基本一致,简化模型可以表示驱动系统的控制模型;采用电液比例闭环控制后,液压绞车具有较好的调速特性,速度跟踪精度高,且平稳性较好。对液压绞车的电液比例改造和提高自动化水平具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:A hydraulic winch is widely used in coal mine transportation and hoisting. The A traditional hydraulic winch adopts manual open-loop control system, and it has some drawbacks, such as low automation, low speed regulation accuracy, poor stability for it is a manual open-loop control system. The main variable pump of hydraulic winch is reformed by adopting electro-hydraulic proportional control technology. The An electro-hydraulic proportional closed-loop drive system is designed. The A mathematical model of variable pump-controlled hydraulic motor is established, and the model is simplified and simulated. The simulation results show that the step response of the simplified model are consistent with that of the baseline, and the simplified model can well describerepresent the model of the drive system well; after adopting the electro-hydraulic proportional closed-loop control is adopted, the hydraulic winch has better speed regulation characteristics, high speed tracking accuracy and good stability. This studyIt provides reference for electro-hydraulic proportional transformation of hydraulic winch and improvement of automation.
